Rahul hails from a middle-class family of Siwan, Haryana. He lives with his grandmother, parents, and siblings, whom he loves dearly.
Rahul joined the Siwan Free Tuition Centre (FTC) in 2008, he studied there from class 8th till class 10th. Thereafter, he received sponsorship and completed his schooling from the Government School in Siwan. Next, he did JBT and later joined Shiksha Prayas as a teacher at FTC Siwan. Besides teaching, Rahul is very passionate about sports and travelling.
He says,
“I always wished to enter the teaching field. My parents are not educated themselves, but they always encouraged me to study hard. The constant support and encouragement of my parents kept me pushing myself towards achieving my dreams. “Service to Society” is the motto of my
life. I feel delighted when kids tell me that they like my teaching style. Shiksha Prayas offered me an opportunity to serve the people. It has been a great journey at Shiksha Prayas, I have learnt a lot here.”
Rahul is currently serving in the Haryana Police. He taught at FTC Siwan till 2019.
